SELLER ELIGIBILITY

Sellers must be legally authorised to sell listed products and comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, taxation, and intellectual‑property laws.

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

Sellers are responsible for:

• Accurate product listings and pricing;
• Product quality, legality, and authenticity;
• Order fulfilment, shipping, and delivery;
• Handling returns, refunds, and complaints in line with Platform policies.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

ORROVIA RETAIL PVT LTD may charge commissions or service fees as agreed with sellers. Seller payouts are subject to order completion and applicable deductions.

SELLER CONDUCT

Misleading practices, counterfeit products, or activities harming customers or the Platform are strictly prohibited. The Company may suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations.

INDEMNITY

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORROVIA RETAIL PVT LTD from claims arising out of seller products, services, or non‑compliance.
